About us
Minerva Luminosa is a group devoted to the exploration, development, and cultivation of the deeper dimensions of human existence. We work at the intersection of intelligence, sentience, mind, consciousness, and transcendence — five fundamental domains that have decisively shaped human culture throughout history and today hold key developmental potentials for the future.
Our present work continues and further develops more than 35 years of collective activity in the field of personal, cultural, and spiritual growth in Slovenia, previously carried out within the Institute Center for Spiritual Culture (Center za duhovno kulturo, CDK). Through this framework, we realized numerous projects — including active participation in peace and civil society initiatives, educational programs and workshops (School for Emotional Intelligence Developing, School for Spiritual Evolution, and the Movement for the Development of Consciousness), public discussions, and publishing activities (the journal Synchronized beating (Soutripanje) and many original and translated books on personal and spiritual development).
We proceed from the understanding that the world is not a mechanical system, but a living, intelligent, and interconnected whole in which the human being carries a unique and noble responsibility.
Our work is centered on five foundational pillars shaping our civilization:
- intelligence — fostering awareness of universal intelligence and reconnecting with the intelligence of nature,
- sentience — cultivating compassion and reconnecting the sentience with its still center — the Self,
- mind — encouraging ethics, deep inquiry, creativity, and self-discipline,
- consciousness — exploring the depth of consciousness beyond materialistic explanations,
- transcendence — studying the transcendent as a key dimension of human existence and creation.
We explore how intelligence may expand beyond narrow anthropocentric definitions; how the sentience may unite with wisdom; how the mind may reconnect with ethics and the origin of thought; how consciousness may open to a deeper, wider (cosmic) context; and how the human being may reconnect with the transcendent.
Our vision is to contribute to the transformation of a world marked by fear and fragmentation into a space of cooperation, peace, and light. Minerva Luminosa signifies wisdom that shines — a wisdom we cultivate together, consciously and creatively, in service of our shared planetary home.
